Ask us to delete your account and the personal information attached to it. Tell us the email address you signed up with and we will confirm once it is done.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, contact details and sign-in credentials.
  • Your care requests, matches and messages sent through the platform.
  • For professionals: your public listing and the verification documents you uploaded.

What we have to keep

Billing records for professionals are kept for as long as tax law requires, and limited security logs are kept for a short period. Neither is used to contact you again. Our Privacy Policy sets out the detail.

We reply to this address to confirm, so use the one you signed up with.
